Black Star Solutions is a Seattle-based technology consultancy founded by Nick Landry. With 12+ years in corporate IT across enterprise environments, managed service providers, nonprofits, real estate, and small business, we bring senior-level thinking to organizations that don't have an enterprise IT budget.
Nick's career in IT began in 2014. He built hands-on experience across helpdesk, infrastructure, systems administration, and client-facing technical leadership before going independent. After working across corporate and enterprise teams in multiple industries, he launched Black Star Solutions in 2022.

Before founding Black Star Solutions, Nick led TechConnect Washington under the Equity in Education Coalition. It was a statewide multilingual technology support program serving communities across Washington in over eight languages. He hired and managed the helpdesk team, built the community partner network, and handled Tier-3 escalation for Microsoft 365 and VoIP.
